Everything you need to know about LegalixHub — our content, consultation services, and how this platform helps advocates and law students across Pakistan.
About LegalixHub
LegalixHub is a Pakistani law blog managed by an enrolled advocate with over 5 years of experience in civil, criminal, and family law. The platform provides practical legal drafts, court application formats, and step-by-step procedure guides specifically for the Pakistani legal system — designed to help advocates save time and law students understand the law practically.
No. LegalixHub is not a law firm — it is an independent legal resource platform managed by an enrolled lawyer. The content published here is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. For case-specific matters, professional legal representation is always recommended. Consultation services are offered separately on a professional basis.
LegalixHub primarily serves two audiences — practising advocates who need ready-to-use court application formats and drafts for Pakistani courts, and LLB law students who need plain-language explanations of CPC, CrPC, family law, and other Pakistani legal subjects. Content is also helpful for individuals seeking to understand their legal rights and court procedures in Pakistan.
Yes. All blog posts, legal drafts, court application formats, and procedure guides published on LegalixHub are completely free to read and reference. No registration or payment is required to access any content on this platform. Consultation services offered through LatePoint are separate and may be subject to professional fees.
Content & Legal Guides
LegalixHub currently covers six main areas — Criminal Procedure (CrPC) including bail applications and NBW withdrawal, Civil Procedure (CPC) including injunctions and decree applications, Property and Rent Law including SRPO 1979 eviction matters, Family Court Pakistan including khula and custody, Legal Drafts and Formats including affidavits and vakalatnama, and a dedicated Law Students Corner with simplified guides and definitions.
The drafts on LegalixHub are carefully structured to reflect real Pakistani court formats and are suitable as a strong starting base for advocates. However, every case has its own specific facts, and drafts may need modification to match the particular circumstances. Advocates are advised to review and adapt the formats to their case before filing. Use of any draft without professional review is entirely at the user’s own discretion.
Most guides on LegalixHub are based on national Pakistani law — CPC, CrPC, Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 — which apply across all provinces. Certain content, particularly rent and property matters, is specific to Sindh and Karachi under SRPO 1979. Where content is province or city specific, this is clearly mentioned in the post. The author primarily practises in Karachi District Courts.
New guides, drafts, and procedure articles are published regularly — typically one to two posts per week. Content is prioritised based on the most commonly needed court applications, frequently asked procedural questions, and topics requested by advocates and students. You can follow the site or check back regularly for new content across all practice areas.
Consultation Services
LegalixHub offers professional consultations in three main areas — legal drafting assistance (reviewing, preparing, or customising court documents for your specific case), procedural guidance (step-by-step advice on filing applications, understanding court procedures, and managing case timelines), and general legal guidance on civil, criminal, and family law matters under Pakistani law.
You can book a consultation directly through the Contact page on LegalixHub or by reaching out via WhatsApp at 0317-2642626. Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. For urgent matters, WhatsApp is the fastest way to get in touch. Online consultations are available for clients outside Karachi.
A consultation does not automatically establish a formal advocate-client relationship unless expressly agreed upon in writing by both parties. Guidance provided during a consultation is limited to the information shared by the client and the applicable law at the time of consultation. For ongoing representation in court proceedings, a formal engagement must be agreed separately.
Consultation fees vary depending on the nature, complexity, and duration of the matter. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp or the Contact page to discuss your specific requirements. A fee estimate will be provided before any consultation begins. There is no charge for an initial inquiry.
For Law Students
Yes. The Law Students Corner on LegalixHub covers important CPC and CrPC sections, key legal definitions, differences between commonly confused legal concepts, and plain-language procedure guides — all of which are directly relevant to LLB exam subjects. Content is written in clear, simple language that makes complex Pakistani legal topics easy to understand and retain.
Yes. Law students are welcome to reach out via the Contact page or WhatsApp for guidance on specific legal topics, help understanding court procedures, or questions about legal drafting. While detailed academic assistance may be subject to consultation fees, general guidance on understanding the content published on this platform is freely available.
Currently the primary focus is on CPC, CrPC, family law, and property law under Pakistani jurisdiction. Content on additional subjects including contract law, constitutional law, and other areas is planned for future publication. The platform is continuously growing — new topics are added based on demand from advocates and students. You can suggest topics via the Contact page.
