- Delivery: Digital products are delivered by download link or email after payment is confirmed. Please make sure your email address is correct.

- Refunds: Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final. If a file is damaged, cannot be opened, or you were charged twice, contact us within 7 days and we will fix the problem or refund the amount.
